Our boutique hotel can comfortably accommodate over 30 guests for overnight stays, making it an ideal choice for events that extend beyond a single evening . On-site parking is included in the event pricing, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. We offer flexibility in entertainment, allowing you to bring your own DJs and performers to create a customized ambiance that aligns with your vision. Event fees are determined based on the chosen amenities and party size, with seasonal pricing adjustments reflecting market demand. Additionally, to maintain a refined and responsible event environment, the minimum age requirement for booking is 25. Event FAQ

  • Can I choose my own vendors?

    Yes. We are happy to work with vendors of your choosing with the possible exception of food / beverage. Once we have a restaurant tenant on site guests who book the property are required to use us for food / beverage services.

  • Is there parking?

    Yes. We have an on site parking lot adjacent to the structure with 14 parking spots. We also have an “overflow” lot to the south of the property for extra guests. Finally, there is a a large parking garage at the northeast corner of Pearl and Beaver St (a block to the east of the venue) available for guests desiring covered parking.

  • Can I book out the entire hotel for my event?

    Yes. Pending availability, we would love to host you for an entire weekend (or longer)! If you have a large event we highly recommend booking the property far in advance. We require a 50% deposit that is fully refundable up until 6 months prior to the event We require the remainder at the 6 month mark at which point the reservation is non-refundable. We have 8x studio apartments, 4x 1 bedroom apartments, and 1x 2 bedroom apartments on site. Most have sleeper sofas in them which means that you can easily sleep over 30 guests and potentially over 40 (assuming you put 3-4 guests in every unit with a sleeper sofa).

  • How much does it cost to book the entire hotel?

    We use variable pricing to determine the cost to book the entire hotel. For the restaurant / speakeasy portion of the property, we set a price based on anticipated sales for a given date to determine pricing. We offer discounts for bookings that are more than 2 nights!
